How do I place an order? TOP
You may place an order by clicking the order link on the product page. Click go to payments on shopping cart screen. Fill in your billing details and click continue. Choose your payment option. Click continue. To pay by credit card, fill in your details, on our secure payment page. Click the order now button.
How do I change the quantity for a product in my shopping cart? TOP
To change the quantity of an item in your cart, simply change the number in the box next to the item on the shopping cart page and click recalculate.
How do I delete a product in my shopping cart? TOP
To delete an item in your cart, simply remove the number next to the product and click recalculate.

The information will show as In-Style Boutique and will appear on your statement when you are charged for your order.
When will my card be charged? TOP
Credit cards are authorized immediately (this means that the funds are held, until we process your order.) and charged once the order ships.
Can I cancel an order? TOP
Cancellations must be made within 1 hour after the oder is placed. Please contact a customer service representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if the order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.
Can I place an order for a product that is not in stock? TOP
No, only in-stock items can be purchased. Ocassionally items may sell out before we can update the catalog, we will notify you immediately.
Does My Arm Candy Boutique accept returns? TOP
We want all of our customer to be happy with their items. We suggest to customers to review our descriptions on the product page of every item. In order to do a return, the item must meet the return eligibility requirements, which are:
- Received wrong item
- Item was damaged during shipment (All packages are insured for the purchased price)

Items usually ship in 3-5 business days. Please keep these time frames in mind when placing your order.

Yes, all items recieve a tracking number when they ship. We will email you the tracking number once your item(s) have shipped.
Why doesn't my tracking number work? TOP
In most cases tracking numbers do not work right away. This is because the shipper has not received the package. Once the shipper takes possesion of the package your tracking number will work.
