Order Acceptance

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. My Arm Candy Boutique reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. 

If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please notify your credit card issuing bank to add the shipping address as an alternative address (in addition to the billing address) to expedite the payment process. Otherwise, your order will be held for your further confirmation of a valid shipping address. This is to protect both you and My Arm Candy Boutique from fraud.

***Note:
We do not tolerate credit card fraud, which is a felony. If it is determined that an attempted order is fraudulent, we will report all information to the FBI.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please email or call customer service in order to cancel your order.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded minus shipping charges. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once a refund has been issued.

Returns

We want all of our customers to be happy with their items. We suggest to our customers to review our descriptions and size charts on our product pages. In order to do a return, the item must meet the return eligibility requirements, which are:

1. The item has not been used (we can't take back a used item--this means items that have been worn or have had their tags removed.)
2. If the item comes back from a smoking home we can not take it back.
3. Lingerie can not be returned under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons.

Restocking fee for returns is 25%. Restocking fees are applied to all returns unless item is defective.
(We will not process an exchange or refund before we have received the original item back in stock.)

Refusal of Package

This is the same as an unauthorized return. If you refuse an order a 25% restocking fee will be accessed plus shipping charges.
 

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

My Arm Candy Boutique charges a 25% restocking fee for orders returned to us or re-routed due to incorrect addresses providided by customers.

Damage Policy

All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that everything is included in your order and items are free from damage. Therefore, any damge to the item occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us withing 3 days of receiving it so that we may file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to refund or replace your damaged item. If your item arrives damaged, you must keep all shipping and packaging materials until further notice.
